Melting

Creating precise tooling patterns is the critical first step. Our engineering team designs and manufactures patterns to exact specifications, ensuring dimensional accuracy for subsequent stages.

Complex internal geometries are formed using high-quality sand cores. These cores are meticulously crafted and baked to withstand the extreme temperatures of molten metal, preventing defects.

Sand moulds are prepared using advanced compaction techniques. This stage ensures a robust and stable mould cavity, crucial for achieving the desired surface finish and structural integrity of the casting.

High-grade raw materials are melted in induction furnaces under strict metallurgical control. Temperature and alloy composition are precisely monitored to achieve the required cast iron grade.

Fettling

Once cooled, castings undergo fettling to remove excess material such as risers, gates, and parting line flash. This process cleans the casting and prepares it for further processing.

Precision machining is performed on advanced CNC machines to achieve tight dimensional tolerances and superior surface finishes, meeting the exact specifications of complex components.

Every casting undergoes comprehensive visual and dimensional inspection. Our quality engineers use calibrated instruments to verify all critical parameters against engineering drawings.
